Terms and Conditions

These are ARC Training's standard terms and conditions and apply to all services except CPP™, PSP™ and consultancy services.

All bookings for Open Courses should be confirmed in writing using the Course Registration Form.
A written booking confirmation will be sent normally within 5 working days of receipt of your Form.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for a Course is due in full, in sterling, not less than 30 days before the start of the Course. UK Course fees and other charges are subject to UK Value Added Tax.
Course delegates may be substituted at any time prior to the start of the Course if agreed by us in writing.
Cancellations must be made in writing and only take effect on the date of receipt. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
More than 30 days notice No charge
Between 15-30 days 30%
Between 7-14 days 70%
Less than 7 days or non-attendance 100%
ARC Training International Ltd reserve the right to cancel an Open Course 7 days prior to the course. In this event a full refund will be made. We also reserve the right to cancel a booking or a Course for nonpayment of fees.
All Course material is the copyright of ARC Training International Ltd. We reserve all rights.
Each delegate must inform us in writing of any medical condition which may affect him/her or others (eg epilepsy, diabetes). We will keep such information in confidence.
ARC Training International Ltd hold no liability for any consequence of force majeure including but not limited to severe weather, acts of Government, strikes, transport delays, unavailability of personnel due to illness.
Our contract with you is made under English law and any dispute will be dealt with in the English courts if alternative dispute resolution procedures fail or we cannot resolve the matter amicably.
