Our Commitment

At the ARC Training International Academy for Security Management we aim to provide you with all the elements necessary to make your learning experience both successful and enjoyable.

You will study in an interactive learning environment in which your input, and that of your colleagues, will be not only valued, but will be essential to the success of the programme. Your trainers will be amongst the most highly qualified in their field; for example, all of the general security management trainers are ASIS CPP certified.

You will benefit from a full support programme, before, during and after the course. During the course the support team will be on call 24 hours a day.

You will receive detailed handouts on all subjects and have access to hundreds of additional best practice documents and resources in various security management disciplines on end-of-course CDs or via the members' area of this website.

If any of these aspects fail to meet your expectations, we will address the issue immediately.
