ASIS International Certification

The ARC Training International Academy for Security Management, in a unique partnership with ASIS International Chapter 208 (UK), offers preparation programmes to prepare candidates for the CPP™ (Certified Protection Professional), PSP™ (Physical Security Professional) and NEW to UK for 2010 the PCI™ (Professional Certified Investigator) certifications.

These programmes offer an interactive and fully tutor-supported environment in which candidates can prepare for the certifications with a high degree of confidence of success - first time pass rate for the CPP and PSP certifications in the UK is at least 80%.

Although sponsored by the UK ASIS Chapter, the programmes are open to participants from overseas, who make up about 20% of the candidates each year.

Certification preparation programmes for CPP and PSPtake place twice yearly, beginning with the distance learning element in January and July, in preparation for a May and November examination, respectively.   The PCI certification programme takes place once a year, beginning in May in preparation for a September examination. David Cresswell, ARC's Director of Studies, is Chairman of the UK ASIS Chapter Professional Development Committee, responsible for the administration of the CPP PSP and PCI in the UK.
